Gary! Just heard you on the radio, (CBC of course, synonomous with “radio” in our house)and thought I’d drop a line to wish you well. I am positive that with your energy, common sense attitude, and experience, you will be a grand success. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know. I like the idea of sound clips and articles online, I know I will be checking it out.
Did you know there is a “public meeting” on Feb.1st from 3 to 5 pm at the Moss Glen Legion to discuss the subdivision proposed for the Moss Glen cliffs area? Funny time of day for a meeting, eh? Maybe they don’t want us to go! Maybe the developer, who I have heard has a less then stellar reputation, is hoping no one hears about it. Ooh I have so much to say about this little issue….
Enough from me, I just want to wish you well, and don’t forget to break a virtual bottle of bubbley on the hull as your new ship sails!
Cheers,
Liz Miller

Great look for the RiverValleyNews.ca
All the best as you re-launch this great little paper. I was pleased with the way you honoured the hard and dedicated work of Diane Bormke. And at the same time I really appreciate the fresh look, web presence, and the great graphics. (Great work Cindy)
Blessings to you as you move this little paper along and make your important contribution to our community
